According to a study by J.D. Power, the iPhone is the smartphone with more satisfied customers in the U.S. With the iPad launch coming, this will reassure some of those that have pre-ordered the magic tablet. Because when it comes to things like a multimedia tablet, would you prefer one from Palm?

Apple ranks highest in customer satisfaction among manufacturers of smartphones with a score of 810, and performs particularly well in ease of operation, operating system, features and physical design.
